ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J.] The petitioner is the husband of the detenue, who has filed this petition on the premise that the detenue is in the illegal custody of the respondents 3 to 5.
2.Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration, the detenue was produced before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue submitted that she was in the custody of her parents at Assam and that she is not in illegal custody. She would further submit that she is willing to go along with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner/husband. The petitioner/husband of the detenue is also present before this Court and he would state that he is willing to take back his wife/detenue.
3.Recording the statements of the detenue and the petitioner, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed and as the detenue is a major, she is set at liberty.
