This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to initiate necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.02.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against one Ponni @ Ponnuthai for forging of documents, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, an enquiry was conducted and closed on 27.02.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this 2/4

petition and already the petitioner's complaint was considered and closed, it is for the petitioner to challenge the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved.
