This petition has been filed to direct fourth respondent herein to conduct a detailed investigation on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2021.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is permitted to file a fresh petition after the outcome of the appeal.
