[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Challenging the sale notice dated 23.03.2022, issued by the respondent - Bank, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
2. When the matter came up for hearing on 22.09.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent - bank submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai as well as the conditions imposed by this Court by order dated 28.04.2022.
