This petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members including his wife and children.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that a regular case in Cr.No.350 of 2016 has been registered for the offences under Section 453 I.P.C. which is the bailable offence and since the accused is not known, the petitioner is being called for enquiry.

3. Once F.I.R. is registered, the petition for not to harass is not maintainable. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
