To punish the respondents for disobeying the order of the Honourable High Court dated 24.10.2016 in W.P(MD) No.16887 of 2013. Prayer in W.P(MD) No.16887 of 2013: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings letter (2g) No.85 dated 27.08.2013 and the consequential inter-se-seniority list circular issued by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings Ma.Ne.1/25997/2010 dated 23.09.2013 and quash the same as illegal. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.ELANCHEZHIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 478 days in re-presenting the Sub Application (MD)No.10438 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow the application and accordingly, this application is allowed on condition that the petitioner should pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (one thousand only) to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
