ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2025 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to take necessary action to evict the encroachment made by the 6th respondent in the cart track in Survey No.22/3 of Pudhuvadi Village and to make necessary changes in the revenue records with respect to the available cart track within a time frame.

2. According to the petitioner, the 6th respondent has encroached upon the cart track in Survey No.22/3. The very 'A' Register filed by the petitioner, indicates that there is no such Survey No.22/3. Such being the position, without any document, we cannot presume that there is a cart track in the said survey number. Hence, we do not find any merits in the writ petition. 2/4

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. [N.S.K., J.] & [M.J.R., J.] Index : Yes / No 23.06.2026 : Yes / No bala To
