[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, in connection with Crime No.370 of 2017 under Sections 341, 147, 363, 120(b), 323, 364 and 506(ii) IPC, on the file of Nanguneri Police Station, Tirunelveli District. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
