ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the compliant of the petitioner dated 21.01.2016 and investigate the same as per law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate cor the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 21.01.2016, it is seen that there are suits pending in O.S.No.366 of 2016 between the petitioner and the opposite party.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, the dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature and in order to give criminal colour, a complaint has been given. Hence, no positive direction as prayed for can be given. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
