O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the Contemnors / Respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.(MD)No.18510 of 2024 on 19.06.2024.

2. The order in the writ petition has been passed on 19.06.2024, by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the fifth respondent school for getting approval of her appointment.

3. Learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that the third respondent has not sent any proposal because the petitioner has been appointed in the not sanctioned post.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been appointed by the previous management and the present management is not willing to send the proposal to the Government. In 2/4

such case, no direction can be given to the respondents 1 and 2 and as against the third respondent school herein also. There is no scope for any contempt.
