O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, based on the status report, would submit that the detenu who was working in the Southern Railways has eloped with another person, who was also working there. Already a petition in HCP.No.1472 of 2017 has been filed, which is pending consideration before the Principal Bench of this Court.
