ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents 1, 3 and 4 to take necessary action with regard to the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2022 requesting for transfer of revenue records in her name based on the assignment order of the second respondent issued in the year 1986.
2. Heard Mr.S.Ayyanar Prem Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that only on payment of the market value of the property and possession having been delivered to the petitioner, revenue records will be changed in her name.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is willing to pay the sale price.
5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2022, referred to supra, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner including granting her the right of personal hearing, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2022 seeking for transfer of revenue records in her name and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner including granting her the right of personal hearing, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
