When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that, pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, an FIR in Crime No.52 of 2026 has been registered on 24.03.2026. It was further submitted that, with the registration of the said FIR, the directions issued by this Court in its order dated 19.12.2025 passed in Crl.OP(MD) No.23545 of 2025 have been duly complied with.
