PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from evicting the petitioner from the premises at Sugarcane section, Tiruchirappalli Consumer's Co-operative Wholesale Stores Ltd., Trichy-622 017 without following the due process of law in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

For Petitioner : Mr.R.Alagumani For Respondents : Mr.R.Ragavendran Government Advocate O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from evicting the petitioner from the subject premises without following due process of law. 2.The respondents had taken steps to evict the petitioners from the subject property on the ground that there were arrears of rent payable by the petitioner. During the pendency of this writ petition, it is stated that there was some settlement between the parties and the petitioner also paid the arrears of rent.
3.In view of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
