This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 3 to fix the property tax after examining and measuring in the petitioner shop nos. 262 and 262 A by the way of consider petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2024.
2. Mr.G.Suriyananth, learned Additional Government Pleader for the 1st respondent submitted that already measurements have been taken and the property tax is being arrived at. He submitted that in any event the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2024 will be considered and disposed in accordance with law within a period of six weeks.
