: Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records, in detention order passed in C.O.C.No.82/2017, dated 30.11.2017 on the file of the second respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner namely Karthi @ Pambu Karthi, S/o.Jothibasu, male, aged 24 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed in Detention Order in C.O.C.No.82/2017, dated 30.11.2017 by the second respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the advisory board has found sufficient grounds for revocation of the Detention Order of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the detenue, namely Karthi @ Pambu Karthi and the Advisory Board had recommended for revocation of the order of detention dated 30.11.2017. Accordingly, the Government itself has revoked the orders of detention by the order in G.O.Rt.No.136, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XV) Department, dated 12.01.2018. He has also produced the copy of the said Government Order.
3. In view of the order of revocation already passed, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, as no further order is necessary. The above Government Order shall form part of this order.
