2018 on the file of the Respondent police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.ESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD) No.7252 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14104 of 2018 on 12.09.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.7252 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14104 of 2018 on 12.09.2018 is relaxed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
