Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the orders dated 11.10.2018, 22.02.2020 made in O.A.No. 22/2011, 21/2016, A.P.No.82/2018 respectively on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 06.03.2025.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to implement the orders dated 11.10.2018, 22.02.2020 made in O.A.No.22/2011, 21/2016, A.P.No. 82/2018 respectively, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that a suit seeking the same relief as sought for in this writ petition is currently pending before the competent civil court.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is hereby closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue the pending suit before the concerned civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs. 27.03.2025 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No PKN 2/4
