ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM,J.) This petition has been filed by the mother, seeking production of her daughter, Mahalakshmi, aged 15 years.

2.The petitioner/mother of the detenue is present. The detenue has been produced by the third respondent. The third respondent has found the detenue Mahalakshmi, a minor girl aged 15 years, in the company of the 4th respondent at Velandipalayam, Coimbatore. The fourth respondent has been arrested and remanded to custody, while the minor girl has been in the care of the Home Mariyalayam, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thiruppur, from where she has been produced. She informs of having left the parental home on her own volition, owing to the influence exerted by the fourth respondent and that she chooses to return to the parental home. The petitioner is agreeable to such course. 3.Accordingly, the third respondent is required to produce the detenue at the Home Mariyalayam, Thiruppur for completion of the procedure towards placing the detenue in the custody of petitioner. On completion thereof, the petitioner will be entitled to the custody of minor daughter Mahalakshmi, the detenue. 4.This Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
