ORDER
The present revision has been filed against the order dated 20.5.2019, passed by the Judge, Family Court, Dindigul, in Cr. M.P. No.210/2015 ordering remand of the petitioner for non-payment of arrears of maintenance.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this revision petition, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.2,00,000/= (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of the proceedings before the trial court. In effect it is submitted that the order passed by the trial court has been complied with and, therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this revision petition and, therefore, the revision petition may be disposed of recording the above.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents seeks a direction from this Court to permit the respondents to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs), which is lying in deposit to the credit of the proceedings before the trial court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent, recording the deposit of a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) by the petitioner, the order passed by the trial court insofar as arrears of maintenance is concerned, having been complied with, this revision petition stands disposed of recording the above. The trial court is directed to permit the respondents herein to withdraw the amount lying in deposit to the credit of the proceedings pending before it in accordance with law by filing appropriate application.
5. This revision petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
