RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 12068/2020 in Crime No.67/2020 on the file of the Respondent, dated 22.10.2020.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.ASHOK KUMAR.G., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12068 of 2020 dated 22.10.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 12.03.2021 onwards.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) I.P.C are bailable in nature, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
