CRIME No.223/2021 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time granted by this Honble Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.4084 of 2021 dt.26/03/2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.AYYADURAI.V., Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute the sureties in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4084 of 2021, dated 26.03.2021.

2.This Court, by order dated 26.03.2021 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 4084 of 2021, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, they have approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police. 4.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time to comply with the order is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. sd/- 06/05/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
