ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for limited relief. The petitioner seeks early disposal of the statutory appeal filed by him before the first respondent under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1983.

2.The petitioner has filed the statutory appeal on 23.04.2022. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's statutory appeal is disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner, the third respondent and any other rival claimants. 3.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal, dated 23.04.2022, filed under Section 12 of the Patta Pass Book Act, 1983, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner, the third respondent and any other necessary party, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
