Prayer: This Criminal Revision is filed under Sections 397 & 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to the order of dismissing the complaint of the petitioner herein in Cr.M.P.No.685/2019, dated 10.05.2019 passed by the Fast Track Mahila Judge (Sessions Judge) (FAC), Ramanathapuram and set-aside the same and consequently direct the Fast Track Mahila Judge (Sessions Judge), (FAC), Ramanathapuram to take the cognizance of the offences as set-out in the complaint of the petitioner herein as against the respondents/accused.
