This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to withdraw the case in Crime No.108 of 2021 dated 17.04.2021 on the file of the respondent no.4 and entrust the same to some other police officer for complete the investigation of the said case in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

WP(MD). No.9373 of 2021 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in Cr.No.108 of 2021, the respondent police filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur for taken cognizance on 25.06.2021.

3.In view of the above, transfer of investigation does not arise at this stage. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
