ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehended arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506 (i) I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2016, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard Mr.A.Robinson, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that on 16.03.2016 when the matter came up for hearing, it was represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that petition enquiry was pending and hence this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition that they should report before the respondent Police daily at 06.30 p.m., till today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions from V.C.Rajan, SubInspector of Police, Valliyoor Police Station, Tirunelveli District, submitted that the petitioners did not comply with the conditions imposed by this Court even for a single day.

5. Taking into consideration the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
