ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to register a case against the accused mentioned in the complaint based on the complaint dated 29.02.2016 given by the petitioner.

2. The Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.187 of 2016 for offences under Sections 420 and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003. 3.Recording the submission, the criminal original petition is closed.
