*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the detenu, namely, R.Pavithra, D/o.Ramakrishnan, aged 19 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The detenu has been produced by the second respondent police. She informs that on account of some misunderstandings between her and her mother, she left the parental home and at present, she is under the care and assistance of an elder, the third respondent herein and continuing her studies.

3. The above position has been informed to the petitioner through her counsel.

4. Recording the above position, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
