ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondent to give Agriculture Service Connection in favour of the petitioner in Survey No.132/8A2 at Thirunallur, Periyakulam Pavanam, Ilupur Taluk, Pudukkottai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2022. 2.The petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner of the aforementioned property, having got the same under the settlement deed dated 21.09.2015 executed by his mother, under document No.1627 of 2015. According to the petitioner, his mother earlier applied for electricity service connection in the year 2009 for the aforementioned property. Since the property has been settled in favour of the petitioner in the year 2015, the petitioner seeks for agricultural electricity service connection in his name.
The petitioner has given a representation on 21.01.2022 for the said purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Heard Mr.S.Pugalendhi, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

W.P.[MD]No.8467 of 2022 instructions, would submit that due to a dispute between the petitioner and his mother, the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2022 has not been considered till date. 5.No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the petitioner's representation seeking for agricultural service connection in his name is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner as well as the petitioner's mother, Maniyammal, and any other necessary party, whom the respondent deems fit to enquire. 6.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2022 seeking for agricultural electricity service connection in his name in respect of the property in Survey No.
132/8A2 at Thirunallur, Periyakulam Pavanam, Ilupur Taluk, Pudukkottai District and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner, his mother, namely, Maniyammal, and any other necessary party, whom the respondent deems fit to enquire, including granting them the right of personal hearing, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
