ORDER

****** This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 23.02.2016 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate cor the respondents.

3.It is seen that earlier this petitioner lodged a complaint, which was enquired into on 02.07.2015 and thereafter, the petitioner has given yet another complaint dated 23.02.2016, in which, it is alleged that the opposite party had abused him.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the

complaint dated 23.02.2016, this Court is of the view that the dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature and in order to give criminal colour, a complaint has been given. Hence, no positive direction as prayed for can be given.

5. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Sd/ Assistant Registrar(AS) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar.
