ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 06.02.2016 consequently directing the 2nd respondent to investigate and to file a final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate cor the respondents.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that on the complaint dated 06.02.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 10.04.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
