[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the daughter of the detenue for production of his mother by name Nirmala W/o.Andiappan, aged 44 years, who is presently confined at Address NAJ025NAJD Elementary School Guardians House Aljubail Yousif Adbulaziz Faris Alonazi ID No.1000555738 before this Honorable Court and set her at liberty.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent submitted that as per the contract, the detenue would return from Dubai on 19.01.2019 and reach Chennai on 20.01.2019.

3. The said statement stands recorded. A copy of the Air Ticket produced for the travel of the detenue is also taken note of. 4.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus petition is closed.
