RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition relating to the appearance of the petitioner before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur imposed by this Honble court in Crl M.P (MD) No. 1174 of 2020 in Crl R.C (MD) No. 133/2020 dated 11.02.2020.

PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)No. 1174 of 2020:

Pleased to suspend the sentence of 6 months simple imprisonment for offence under section 304(A) of Indian Penal code imposed against the petitioner by the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thuraiyur by judgment dated 15.11.2018 vide C.C.NO. 143 of 2016 and confirmed by the learned Sessions Judge, Thiruchirappalli by judgment dated 20.04.2019 vide C.A.No. 154/2018 and enlarge the petitioner on bail.

PRAYER IN CRL RC(MD)No. 133 of 2020:

Pleased to grant exemption to surrender before the trial court in pursuance of the dismissal of C.A.NO. 154/2018 by the learned Sessions Judge, Thiruchirappalli by Judgment dated 20.04.2019, pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision Petition. CRL MP(MD) No.5572 of 2023 This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1174 of 2020 in Crl.R.C. (MD) No.133 of 2020, dated 11.02.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
