Affidavit of the Pastor, who has conducted the marriage between petitioner and the daughter of the third respondent, reveals that he has conducted the said marriage between petitioner and the daughter of third respondent, on misrepresentation of petitioner that he had embraced the Christian faith. He has also informed of having preferred a complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Tirunelveli on 26.01.2018.

2. Both learned counsel for petitioner as also third respondent inform that petitioner and the alleged detenue girl are now living as husband and wife. In such circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
