PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.7 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested by the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 120B, 406, 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 & 467 IPC in Crime No.7 of 2021 seeks Bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner executed a power deed dated 19.09.2014 in document No.2151 of 2014 in favour of one Vijayakumar, who was arrayed as the third accused in this case, in respect of the land in Survey No.78/2 measuring to an extent of 2 acre 64 cents at Periyasrirampoor Village, Aanmaiperukki Group, which is actually owned by the defacto complainant. Hence, this complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a typographical error with regard to the survey numbers of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.6555 of 2021 the property. He further submitted that the petitioner is an agriculturist and he is the sole bread winner of the family and he is in judicial custody for the past 31 days. Hence, he prayed to grant bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has registered the defacto complainant's property by using fake IDs and the investigation is in initial stage and he strongly objected to release the petitioner on bail. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the investigation in this case is in preliminary stage, this Court is not inclined to grant Bail to the petitioner at this stage and accordingly this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
