O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is the uncle of the detenu as well as the husband of the detenu seeking production of the detenu namely Devi, aged about 24 years before this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that this is a third time the detenu has eloped. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.80 of 2024 has been registered as 'Women Missing'. He would further submit that if the alleged detenu is secured, she will be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate, if necessary and her statement will be obtained.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this habeas corpus petition is closed. NCC :
