O R D E R

This petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.60 of 2016 from the file of the second respondent police and transfer the investigation to some other unbiased police or competent agency to conduct fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law.

2. It is alleged by the petitioner that the Sub-Inspector of Police, who is investigating the case is a close relative to the accused.

3. Without going into the allegations and counter allegations, this Court directs the Inspector of Police, Thuckalay Police Station, Kanyakumari District to conduct investigation in Cr.No.60 of 2016 on merits and in accordance with law.
