ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to initiate necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.03.2026.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner's complaint had been attended to and that an FIR in Crime No. 94 of 2026 was registered on 07.03.2026.
3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, though the learned Government Advocate claimed that an FIR had been registered, the same pertained only to the complaint given by the petitioner on 05.03.2026. It was further submitted that the third respondent police had failed to take any action on the complaint lodged on 07.03.2026.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either sides and carefully perused the materials placed before this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conclude the investigation in Crime No. 59 of 2026, after issuing summons to the petitioner and the private respondents, under Section 64 of the BNSS, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. 24.03.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No sm TO:-
