ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent/police for the offences punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C and later altered into 306 of IPC, in the Crime No.27 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner's two earlier anticipatory bail petitions were dismissed. This is the third application.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the intervening lapse of time, investigation must be completed and that therefore, the petitioner may be granted anticipatory bail.

4.This Court is of the view that as the matter involves the death of a woman within three years from the date of marriage, the issue has to be viewed seriously. In the First Information Report, the father of the deceased alleged that there was dowry demand at the instigation of the petitioner.
