ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J] This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the mother of the detenu, namely, Balamurugan, aged about 25 years.

2. Today, the detenu is produced before this Court by the second respondent Police. The petitioner is not present. The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. On enquiry, the detenu would say that he was not under the illegal custody of any one and that he married one Panju and their marriage is not accepted by the petitioner herein and that is why, he left the house and living separately.
