2. Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

3. The delay shall stand condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Women Lawyers Association attached to this Bench, towards the maintenance of the creche run by them, on or before 29.04.2026.
