ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu to produce his son, aged about 19 years, who is said to be in the illegal custody of the fifth and sixth respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, the detenu Thiruppathy, is present before this Court and he was also enquired. According to him, he is aged about 19 years and he is willing to live only with his uncle and not with the parents.

3.Recording the said submission of the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
