ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 26.02.2024, in W.M.P.(MD)No.4171 of 2024 in W.P(MD)No.4342 of 2024 by the respondents. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 26.02.2024, is complied with, by disbursing the arrears of subsistence allowance to the petitioner for a period of 42 months vide proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.3303/2024/Aa3, dated 24.06.2025. 3.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he was not sanctioned with the full amount. 2/4

4.In view of the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same.
