2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that on the complaint dated 13.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 18.03.2016.
