ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 06.09.2024, made in W.P(MD)No.21040 of 2024, wherein this Court has directed the respondent to forward the representation of the writ petitioner to the pension payment office for passing appropriate orders. 2.In compliance of the order of this Court, the respondent has forwarded the representation of the petitioner to the pension payment office on 23.05.2025. 3.Pursuant to the statutory notice, the Contemnor is present. Considering the fact that the order of this Court has been complied with, the further presence of the contemnor is dispensed with.
