Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3.Taking into consideration the fact that the trial is pending from the year 2012, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai to complete the trial in C.C.No.92 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
