PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and Second respondents to consider and pass order on the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2018 about ex-communicating of petitioner and his family.

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the first and third respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 04.06.2018 about ex-communicating of petitioner and his family.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.On instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents 1 & 2 have not been received any representation from the petitioner, if the petitioner makes a fresh representation before the respondent, the same will be considered.

4.Considering the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, it is open to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the first respondent. If any such representation is received, the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
