This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to conclude the enquiry in proceedings No.23827/2001/D2 on the basis of representation given by the petitioner.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 26.08.2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the fourth respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
