This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass and to interfere with the first petitioner's son Muthukumar's matrimonial life.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by one Kokila, petition enquiry is pending.

4. The petitioners are directed to participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, they shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest.
