*********** [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] Seeking production of the detenu, namely Kanagaraj, son of Kannappan, aged about 38 years, before this Court, his wife, the petitioner herein has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue was arrayed as one of the accused in C.C.No.246 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act and in the said case, the other co-accused obtained an order of bail and so far as the detenue is concerned, non-bailable warrant is pending and to execute the warrant, the police are searching for him.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, we close the Habeas Corpus Petition as nothing survives for adjudication.
